Try edit /etc/hosts
my hosts is:127.0.0.1 localhost
            127.0.1.1 my_machine_name
so I modify the 127.0.1.1 to 127.0.0.1,restart to make it effect

My error text file seems same to you, after I alter the hosts, I build success.
