Subject [jira] [Updated] (GIRAPH-584) Giraph implementation of Nutch LinkRank Algorithm
Date Thu, 02 May 2013 09:52:16 GMT

Michael Aro updated GIRAPH-584:
-------------------------------

    Description:
This issue is initially aimed at the delegation of the Nutch page rank mechanism (called LinkRank)
to Apache Giraph.
Motivation for this is simple, we envisage that this would probably save us quite a bit of
code and be more efficient.
The idea is to attract and build interest around this issue and propose it for this years
Google Summer of Code.
We would like to build links between the Giraph and Nutch communities and make both Nutch
and Giraph better in the process.
