to strip the a/ and b/ directory headings?

So this is not meant to generate graph data, or to perform a no-op job, but to construct a
small, hardcoded graph for reuse in small tests?

One thing along these lines we really need is someone to convert GIRAPH-26 from Colt to Mahout
math libraries so we can generate interesting synthetic graph data as well, if you're curious.
