Hello, just my 2c from an observer: 
If you want to increase the exposure of the project and if you want to get new actual *users*
(not more co-developers), then it would be a good idea to really make the 0.2 release a priority.
Especially since its been due now for more then half a year now. 

As a researcher on large-scale graph data, I get asked about Giraph once a week or so. And
every time, I need to say that I cant recommend Giraph at the moment, because trunk is in
constant change, 0.1 is outdated, and 0.2 has not been released. 

If it really is that easy for everybody involved to finalise a release, then please do it!
