Subject [jira] [Updated] (GIRAPH-297) Checkpointing on master is done one superstep later
Date Tue, 14 Aug 2012 09:40:38 GMT

Maja Kabiljo updated GIRAPH-297:
--------------------------------

    Attachment: GIRAPH-297-1.patch

Avery, it passed both mvn clean verify and tests in pseudo-distributed mode. I also confirmed
that checkpoints are now written at correct moments (and the test is coming with patch for
GIRAPH-293, I just need this one to go in first).

Uploading new patch just to fix one comment in BspService.

> On workers we store checkpoint X before compute() for superstep X are executed. On master
we do it after those compute() are executed and after master.compute() for superstep X+1.
