Eli Reisman updated GIRAPH-218:
-------------------------------

    Attachment: GIRAPH-218-6.patch

Applied this patch to new trunk with new commits, test bug seems to be gone, decided to upload
new patch diff to be safe. This passes mvn verify etc.

it does what the agreement in the thread was:

* lib/ IO formats now in io/ directory

* bsp IO formats stay in bsp/

* vertex base IO format definitions stay in graph/

* giraph-contrib stuff stays where it is for now.

This should be ready to go at this point.

> Just some housekeeping to consolidate all Input and Output formats under the src/main/java/org/apache/giraph/lib
directory, rather than spread amongst several directories. This makes it easier for new users
to find and review them, and to decide if they can make use of one of them before implementing
their own.
