Could you please start "from scratch"; i.e. run the deploy and then the undeploy commands, with the debug option, and attach the output? The reason I'm asking this is because in the "deploy" output we would see the messages "Installed and recorded bundle: 387, Started bundle: 387" and in the "undeploy" output we have the list of all detected bundles.
