Where is maven downloading the jar from? Are you using a proxy?

I just checked the jar on maven central (http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/com/envoisolutions/sxc/sxc-runtime/0.7.2/sxc-runtime-0.7.2.jar) it seems fine and the md5 checksum looks good.
