1. The database pool module needs to be a dependency of your app.
2. when converted to a resource-ref, if the resource-ref-name is the same as the pool name (the name in the xml, not the module name) then you don't need any more mapping info.  IIRC the resource-ref-name is the same as the name in @Resource(name="foo")
