Hi Kamal,
          It could be that the ip 0.0.0.0 is not mapped to the host name
localhost. Also map localhost to 127.0.0.1
          Usually many linux  versions have  default name as
localhost.localdomain. This also may cause similar problems. Changing them
to localhost may also be helpful.
