I tried it with -1.1, -1.2 and -2.0 and none of them worked.  Also tried 
passing the plan as an argument, still didn't work.  I had this working 
before using both -1.1 and -1.2 in the deployment plan.  It seems like 
there is something simple here that I'm missing.
