Well, I'm not a reference but my five are:

1) More documentation and example codes (and more understanding, sorry, but
it
         needs to be more clear for stupid newbies as me)
2) Java 5.0 support
3) Eclipse plugin improvement (it is really good but think it could be
better)
4) and more documentation
5) and more documentation (can't figure out something else)
