Subject borken link in JCA Migration docs

A link to the jca.zip sample application is broken in the "JBoss to
Geronimo - JCA Migration.html" doc shipped with geronimo 1.0.

The patch below fixes that link. (I've also attached the patch in case
it gets mangled in the mail)
