Subject Connection Pool setup from console fails
Date Fri, 06 Jan 2006 17:02:08 GMT
Running XP Pro, JDK1.4.2, MySQL 5.0, MySQL connector 3.1.12
If I use the wizard through the console to include my MySQL jar and then
create a pool, I get a failure. It gets through the Test Connection
phase fine, but fails when I click the Deploy button with this stack trace:

10:48:15,700 ERROR [DatabasePoolPortlet] Unable to save connection pool

The generated URL at the top of the page with the Test Connection button is:
jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/cpdb

After the failure, the page is forwarded back to the list of pools and
doesn't list the one I just configured.

Suggestions? Do I need to open up a JIRA issue?

Thanks,
Cary
