There's a more adapted-to-oracle connector in the tranql project under  
vendors/oracle, but again you will have to build it yourself.  Also I  
don't believe it has been used much recently and I'm not certain it is  
up to date with the rest of the tranql connector work.

I haven't used oracle for nearly a year, so I don't personally have an  
example.  Your configuration looks fine to me, if you move

to the web-app plan.  What happens when you make this change and try to  
deploy again?
