+Note
+----
+Why is 2.0.1 out when I never saw a 2.0?
+
+During the release of Geronimo 2.0 we discovered a security related issue that exposed a
running server to unauthorized
+users being able to conduct a remote deploy on a running server. The problem was discovered
during the release process
+and the project decided to not continue the release. Given that we were far enough into
the release process it was not
+appropriate to re-use the 2.0 version number despite the fact that we had not "officially"
completed the release. For
+this reason 2.0.1 is the first 2.0 version number to be released.
