The title of this issue may be confusing people.  Geronimo does not support distributed transactions.
 The effect of the changes for this issue is that you can run more than one geronimo instance
against the same XA database and the Xids from the different geronimo instances will not collide.
 Further, transaction recovery can determine which in-flight transactions were originated
by the server doing the recovery.
