Subject [jira] [Commented] (GERONIMO-5864) ServletContext.log doesn't log
Date Wed, 18 Apr 2012 02:45:13 GMT

Saphen Qiu commented on GERONIMO-5864:

Tomcat prints ServletContext log to something look likes "LocalHost.2012.04.12.log" which
prefix is [hostname] and suffix is log.
We geronimo prints all logs in a single file calls "geronimo.log", so if we set the "org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase"
log level from WARN to INFO, we can see the ServletContext log in the geronimo.log also.

> ServletContext.log() calls aren't logged anywhere (as far as i can tell). This is on
a tomcat server. I didn't test a jetty assembly.
