Subject Build hangs in Geronimo Plugins, System Database :: System Database 3.0-SNAPSHOT
Date Mon, 05 Mar 2012 19:12:10 GMT
Hi,

I wanted to post this question before I submit a new JIRA ticket.

Over the last few weeks, I am unable to successfully build Geronimo 3. It
always hangs in the following sub-project: Geronimo Plugins, System Database
:: System Database 3.0-SNAPSHOT

Along the build, I am seeing that G3 gets started and then I see the
following exception:

[INFO]
org.apache.geronimo.configs/j2ee-deployer/3.0-SNAPSHOT/car?ServiceModule=org.apache.geronimo.configs/j2ee-deployer/3.0-SNAPSHOT/car,j2eeType=ModuleBuilder,name=GBeanRefBuilder

Then it moves on a few more steps and then completely always "hangs" at the
following line:
   Id:340  status:32
reference:file:///home/uromahn/.m2/repository/org/tranql/tranql-connector-derby-embed-local/1.7/tranql-connector-derby-embed-local-1.7.rar

CPU goes to 0% and there is absolutely no activity on the disk.

I am using OpenSuse 12.1 64-bit with the latest OpenJDK to build. In case
this is related to it, here are my MAVEN_OPTS: -Xmx2048m -XX:PermSize=256m
-XX:MaxPermSize=1024m -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=128m

Any idea what could be wrong?
