There has another issue occur when I set the command line windows' default path from "C:\Users\yourname" to such as "D:\" through adding "AutoRun" on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CommandProcessor" and set the value to "CD /D D:\".

The issue will be like this:
'internalLauncher.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

After removing the "AutoRun" or set the cmd path back to default value, this issue goes.
