Could not replace with temp file error prevents class hot swap
---------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GERONIMODEVTOOLS-783
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMODEVTOOLS-783
             Project: Geronimo-Devtools
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: eclipse-plugin
    Affects Versions: 3.0-beta-1
            Reporter: Jarek Gawor

Class hot swap is not performed because there is an error creating a jar file that contains
the changed classes. GEP calls PublishHelper Eclipse API to generate the jar file and that
fails with the "Could not replace with temp file". From https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=206858
looks like the problem is related to File.renameTo() issue where the source and destination
are on different file systems.
