Committed support for synchronous deployment in revision 1148540. The code first checks if the given bundle has "Synchronous-Deploy" header. If the header is not there, a global "org.apache.geronimo.osgi.web.extender.synchronous" property is checked next. If the property is not set, the default asynchronous deployment is performed. Both the header and the property specify a boolean value: "true" or "false".
