OK, I find it in geronimo svn repo:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/server/trunk/plugins/openejb/openejb/src/main/resources/schema/openejb-jar-2.2.xsd,
I tried to look for it in openejb source code repo but failed.
