The juddi team is probably not releasing snapshots because they can't build it
from the HEAD revision either.

I would say to check out the uddi-ws trunk source code at the revision from
20110606.144803 and build that.

Otherwise, I have the #13 snapshot (#14 was the last) from the juddi team which
I was last able to successfully build G3.0 with - and I can send you that.
