Jarek Gawor resolved GERONIMODEVTOOLS-715.

    Fix Version/s: 3.0-M2

In revision 1080765 I committed a fix for this issue. It's not perfect but it seems to work
ok. Also, once GEP supports updatability of individual bundles within EBAs some of these changes
might need to be redone.
