I think pretty much any bytecode weaving or proxying framework is going to need a solution
just like this.  I think I've run into a similar situation in openwebbeans where the proxies
need access to javassist classes.  I'm going to try reusing this code to see if it works in
this additional scenario, in which case I may move it to a more common location.
