Warn don't fail if ra.xml lists nonexistent classes
---------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GERONIMO-5422
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-5422
             Project: Geronimo
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: connector, deployment
    Affects Versions: 3.0
            Reporter: David Jencks
            Assignee: David Jencks
             Fix For: 3.0

We expose a lot of the classes listed in ra.xml and the geronimo plan as interfaces when we
deploy a connection factory as an osgi service. If one doesn't exist we currently fail.
This is causing a tck problem. We should either make this validation optional or just warn.
