a. If you program the url like p.setProperty(Context.PROVIDER_URL,"failover:ejbd://suse10sp2:4201,ejbd://rhel53x86:4201");.
which means that the client has already knows some options, in this scenario, it is expected
that some other cluster servers should be updated from server, it might not be clear that
where the client get the server list.
b. If you configure MutlpointServers in the server 1, but the ejb application is not deployed
to that server, there will be issues while all the server 2 and server 3 are down.
c. Configure the server itself in the MultipointServers make no sense, like what you do in
server 3.
