I think that osgi provides a data area for the bundle and wonder if it would be better to
extract to that data area.  I thought we were putting generated config.ser files there when
we deploy a war as a bundle using rfc-66.

Also, I would think that the osgi framework would have to put these embedded jars somewhere
and wonder if there is some way to use the framework's copy or at least the same mechanism.
 Of course the framework may hide this too well :-)
