Im having the same "javax.enterprise.deploy.spi.exceptions.DeploymentManagerCreationException:
no such object in table"  problem

And it doesnt happen only with the GEP , for me it happens with the geronimo bin/deploy.sh
tool too.

Geronimo 2.1.3 mini both on local and remote machine
