monitoring does not work

1, enter monitoring view in console
2, create a server with:
Password (verify):manager
3, create a graph to monitor the jvm heap size.
4, create a view to include the graph created in step above.
5, create the view to monitor the graph.

expected result: could see the graph.
actual result: can't see the graph in the created view.   meanwhile , click the *views* href
under *navigation* will result in a error page with exception:
