Hi all,

  I am working together with Rhoda to import the latest updates in 2.1
documentations to 2.2. And  I have updated the "Plugin basics" (
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC22/Plugin+basics)  page
under "Custom server assemblies".
