As you might know JAXWS and annotation based WSDL generation are two 
different things in Axis2. Yes JAXWS also has all those JSR 181 
annotation and WSDL generation (but I do not know much about that) . 
When talking about Axis2 Java2WSDL support it has its own WSDL 
generation , and it support all the parts in JSR 181 specification. May 
be you could try and see whether you find any limitation with that, 
because I did not do much work with annotation and WSDL generation. If 
we find any limitation let's fix that.
