I guess the idea about running selenium in slow mode is to make the test cases run in human
readable speed. I see there are currently two test cases( the browser launcher one and Server
start stop) which are based on selenium ide. For this I guess we need to provide user an option
to  build GEP in slow mode. Is that the idea?
