non-overridable-classes in an environment are ignored in that configuration, only used for
children
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GERONIMO-4090
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-4090
             Project: Geronimo
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: kernel
    Affects Versions: 2.1.x, 2.2
            Reporter: David Jencks
            Assignee: David Jencks
             Fix For: 2.1.x, 2.2

Configuration collects all the non-overridable-classes filters from all its ancestors, but
ignores the one in the config's environment itself. This doesn't seem right. Also I'm not
sure the interaction between ancestors hidden-classes and non-overridable-classes has been
thought through.
