Subject [jira] Updated: (GERONIMO-3871) maven archetypes for modules and assemblies
Date Sat, 23 Feb 2008 08:39:19 GMT

David Jencks updated GERONIMO-3871:

    Attachment: liferay-sample-project.jar

I used the archetypes to help come up with this liferay sample server.

1. I'd like to use this as a doc sample. The only non-apache-licensed stuff at the moment
is part of the liferay-jetty/src/main/plan/plan.xml If this is from liferay or Jim Foster
maybe we can use it.

2. Even with command.javaFlags << '-Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m' it wont start with
OOM permgen errors.

3. I'd strongly recommend imitating the roller plugin and extracting most of the jars in lib
into dependencies in the g. repo.

4. The default user doesn't work yet. I think this is because it's not configured in the
backing store, but haven't investigated.
