ContextManager.getCurrentContext() throws NullPointerException

                 Key: GERONIMO-3815
             Project: Geronimo
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: security
    Affects Versions: 2.0.2, 2.1
            Reporter: Vamsavardhana Reddy
             Fix For: 2.0.x, 2.1.1

ContextManager.getCurrentContext() is throwing a NullPointerException. This is observed only
when there is heavy load on the application. Most likely it is a threading issue where one
thread is unregistering the subject while another is executing getCurrentContext(). Excerpt
from stacktrace given below.
