Forget about startup failures on G2.0.1-Jetty while installing servlet-examples and jsp-examples plugins, they won't even install because geronimo-plugin.xml uses a prerequisite "org.apache.geronimo.configs/jetty//car"!!.  See http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=576065&view=rev

After fixing the prereq id, I hit the startup error "Unknown realm: geronimo-admin".
