Missing logic in EJB mode to detect holdings that have already been sold
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DAYTRADER-55
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DAYTRADER-55
             Project: DayTrader
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: EJB Tier
    Affects Versions: 2.0
            Reporter: Christopher James Blythe
            Assignee: Christopher James Blythe

During the port from EJB 2.1 to 3.0 it appears that logic to detect if a holding has already
been sold was dropped out of the sell method. This scenario can occur in two circumstances...

- When the same user is logged in twice and both attempt to sell the same holding
- In Async mode, if a sell is attempted on the same holding before the original sell request
is handled by the MDB
