We should, yes.  If you don't specify a protocol, we assume ejbd.

We can as of the code I checked in yesterday specify a new jndi  
format for an ejb-jar.  So we could use  "ejb/mgmt/{deploymentId}"  
for that resulting in "ejb/mgmt/MEJB".  If that's what people want.

That I do not know.
