The jspc-maven-plugin-2.0-alpha-1.jar is to blame. I still had a copy of the last alpha-1-SNAPSHOT
laying around (jspc-maven-plugin-2.0-alpha-1-20070806.170854-1.jar) and copied it over the
released alpha-1.jar from 8/8 and my builds starting working again on WinXP....
