Extended persistence contexts need to use some openejb facilities so they can get created when
a stateful bean instance is created

                 Key: GERONIMO-3165
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-3165
             Project: Geronimo
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: persistence
    Affects Versions: 2.0-M6
            Reporter: David Jencks
         Assigned To: David Jencks
             Fix For: 2.0-M6

We have to end up with new EntityManagers whenever a stateful session bean with extended persistence
context is created. This means we have to hook up with openejb somehow. Simplest is to basically
use a bunch of their framework for extended pc entity managers.
