connectors supporting all possible attributes.  In the same line, the webservers portlet should
support all the attributes in creating/editing tomcat connectors.  editHttp and editHttps
pages may become long with this addition, but then we can group the commonly used attributes
at the top and may be show the uncommon attributes upon "checking" an "Advanced" or so checkbox.
