Lin, do you think this patch is still required? Daytrader-14 has been commited and it allows
the user to create the db tables and indexes from the Config panel itself. The only prerequiste
is that a database instance should exist, the user can now go to the Config page and use the
"Recreate Database tables and indexes" to create the daytrader database.
