From my reading of the specs so far the only changes in the spec classes is to support http extension methods and support http method exclusion lists. I'm going to start with a name of geronimo-jacc_1.1_spec, leaving out the no longer appropriate "j2ee". If people want a "jee" in there, we can change it.
