Deployer not undeploying GBeans thats have stopped because of exceptions
------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-2190
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-2190
     Project: Geronimo
        Type: Bug
    Security: public (Regular issues)
  Components: deployment
    Versions: 1.1
Environment: Geronimo 1.1 on Debian using Java 1.5
    Reporter: Timothy Sutton

After deploying a Gbean and if the process stops because an exception is thrown. If you go
to perform an undeploy it will tell you that the Gbean doesnt exsist. Although you can uninstall
with the console utility in geronimo, and your car file will be removed for the directory.
Then when you go to deploy an updated version of the gbean it tells you it still exsists.
You are forced to stop geronimo, and then start geronimo back up to fix this problem.
