Subject Re: (GERONIMO-1900) Sample app links on welcome app are broken by default
Date Mon, 08 May 2006 14:34:36 GMT
Here's the latest iteration of the welcome page with a single click
install of the examples. The welcome page begins with a "Click here to
install examples". This is a direct upfront message to the user that
clrealy tells him he has to install the examples to get them. The user
is not (mis)led to be believe that he has the examples readily
available when he actually has to install them first.

The click installs all 2 examples (jsp-examples and servlets-examples)
and the page refreshes with links to those examples. Now the examples
are readily available.

Dave C, feel free to give finishing touches to the welcome page and
the login page as it aesthetically appeals to you.

The images have been uploaded to
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1900.

Cheers
Prasad.
