David Jencks reassigned GERONIMO-1861:

I'm making another change to the assembly plugin for offline deploy and will include this
modification.

Offline deploy is tracked in GERONIMO-1507

> The assembly plugin should create a config.xml.original (config.xml.factory-defaults)
file next to the config.xml file. This way if you really mess up your system, you can restore
factory-defaults, or diff the two files.
> The current config.bak file is fairly useless since the server overwrites it after every
change, which only gives you one level of undo.
