I have created a simple program that calls J2EEDomain.getServerInstances() on J2EEDomain obtained
from remote kernel. Detatch the two jars to bin directory and run the program using the cmd
"java -jar peek.jar". Here is the code in the main() method.

    public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
        String host = "localhost";
        String username = "system";
        String password = "manager";
        for(int i = 0; i < args.length-1; ++i) {
            if("--username".equalsIgnoreCase(args[i])) username = args[i+1];
            if("--host".equalsIgnoreCase(args[i])) host = args[i+1];
            if("--password".equalsIgnoreCase(args[i])) password = args[i+1];
        System.out.println("Using host="+host+", username="+username+", password="+password);
        KernelManagementHelper mgr = KernelManagementHelper.getRemoteKernelManager(host, username,
        System.out.println("KernelManagementHelper = "+mgr);

        J2EEDomain domain = mgr.getDomains()[0];
        System.out.println("J2EEDomain = "+domain);
        J2EEServer[] j2eeServers = domain.getServerInstances();
        System.out.println("J2EEServer = "+j2eeServers[0]);
