Assembly plugin should make a backup "original" copy of the config.xml file
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-1861
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1861
     Project: Geronimo
        Type: Improvement
    Security: public (Regular issues)
  Components: buildsystem
    Reporter: Dain Sundstrom
     Fix For: 1.1

The assembly plugin should create a config.xml.original (config.xml.factory-defaults) file
next to the config.xml file. This way if you really mess up your system, you can restore
factory-defaults, or diff the two files.

The current config.bak file is fairly useless since the server overwrites it after every change,
which only gives you one level of undo.
